Growing Beyond Vision (GBV) is a supply chain and infrastructure consultancy that designs and orchestrates full agricultural value chains from local African farms to international buyers. Instead of just providing remote advice or selling consultancy reports, GBV actively builds the supply chain, coordinates partners, and works directly on the ground to deliver structured, export-grade outcomes.
GBV operates on a unique hybrid "Results as a Service" (RaaS) model where its fee structure is 60–80% results-driven. Compensation is contractually tied to achieving independently verified Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), such as the specific metric tonnes of certified product exported, the number of farmers trained, or necessary compliance certificates obtained.
GBV uses a hybrid model that leverages cutting-edge AI agent "virtual employees" to ensure maximum efficiency and rapid scalability, while keeping human oversight by its entrepreneur team at the core of critical decisions. This approach is designed to be "human-first" — meaning that AI is utilized to upskill local workers and enhance global competitiveness rather than displacing Africa's booming youth population.
